Jaxson's Baptism

Today I took a closer step to be with Heavenly Father. I humbly walked down five white steps and into clean, clear water. My loving Daddy took my hand to help me stand up straight-Just as he has through all my life till now when I am eight. My Daddy showed me what to do-breathe deep and hold your nose-And baptized me with priesthood power and smiled when I arose.

Tomorrow I'll take another step to be with Heavenly Father. My Daddy, uncles, grandpas too, will all around me gather. They'll lay their hands upon my head, bless me and say, "Amen". Then the Holy Ghost will be my guide if I but follow Him.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

We had such a good christmas this year, but I must say I am so glad it is over. Jaxson got everything he had asked Santa for golf clubs, spy gear ATV - 360, and a peddle bike...with pegs and much more.

This year was the first year we woke up christmas morning with no presenst to open, Trent and I that is. Jaxson was coming at noon, Trent and I had already bought ourselves a TV after thanksgiving for our christmas, it was so different. I told Trent never again we have to get each other gifts to open, but after I thought about it I realized how nice it was to have a nice relaxing morning we slept in, ate breakfast, and watched christmas movies. It was nice to have the morning to actually enjoy christmas for what it is....not just presents.

BLACK MALE......

So, last night I was getting my hair done, and Jax was there with me. He started asking all these questions about my hair "how you gonna cut it"? "what color is that?" "Why you want it like that?" So i decided to let him color his hair. He has no clue how embarrassing this is going to be to him one day. When I bring out to his first girlfriend or he figures out that people will see it on this blog. So I am thinking he better be very nice to me :)....It may not be the nicest thing to do but I just couldn't resist.

PUMPKIN CARVING!!!!

Last night we carved pumpkins with my sister and my two nephews, and oh did they have a ball. They were all so excited to get the guts out of the pumpkin. All Bray wanted to do is EAT the pumpkin. But when it was finally time to carve they all got bored and decided to go watch The Great Pumpkin, so of course me, my mom, and sister had to finish carving :)

DeeR HunT
This past weekend was the deer hunt, which is like the biggest thing for Trent (I actually love it too!!). We went down south and had a great time. Jaxson got to ride his four wheeler with his cousins and go hunting with dad. Me and Jax had to leave early, so of course Trent and Tyler killed after we left. Jax was disappointed he wanted to shoot a big buck with his dad :( but once he got the picture he was excited. It was great weather and so much fun hanging out with family and friends and even Emmy Loo had a wonderful time camping!

THE HAUNTED CANYON

Saturday the guys were hunting so...me and my friend Amanda decided to take the kids to the Haunted Canyon, which is the heber creeper it takes you up Provo Canyon. It was so much fun and the kids had a blast. They got a little scared at times but overall they did ok. The train is all decorated dark and scary and little monsters come through each car and scare you!! They told ghost stories and had scenes set up as you headed up the dark canyon.

It was perfect for little kids. I would definitely recommend this if you have little ones.


HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

HoNeYMOON

For our honeymoon we went on a cruise to Mexico, we had the best time ever!! We stayed in San Diego Sunday night and then left on a five day cruise Monday morning. We went to Cabo San Lucas, and Ensenada.

It was so big I couldn't get the boat in one shot so this is the back of it.

It was so fogging this what it looked like every night and morning.

This was across the street from our hotel in San Diego I had to get a picture of it reminded me of Pirates of the Caribbean.


This is a submarine that was also in San Diego, Trent had to have a picture of this he thought it was way cool.


This was in Ensenada, it is called the Blow Hole. The way the water came in and hit the land caused it blow up like this.

In Cabo San Lucus Trent just had to Golf. This is the golf course at the country club in Cabo.







We were so glad to get home, I realized how good home feels. We had so much fun and I will never forget it!!!!
